Clinical independence
All diagnosis, treatment, medication, testing, admission, discharge, and follow-up decisions are made independently by the responsible hospital and licensed healthcare professionals in consultation with the patient. PHC does not control clinical judgment.
No guarantee of access or outcome
PHC may assist with enquiries and appointments but does not guarantee hospital or physician acceptance, a particular specialist or date, admission, treatment availability, a visa or insurance decision, or any medical outcome. Availability depends on hospital policy, physician schedules, clinical suitability, and review of the patient’s information.
Hospital and physician listings
Hospitals and physicians shown on the website are resources that PHC may help a patient contact or coordinate with according to case needs. A listing does not mean the hospital or physician is employed by PHC, has endorsed PHC, or has entered an exclusive, agency, or formal partnership relationship with PHC. Names and marks belong to their respective rights holders.
Estimates and translated information
Hospital prices and timelines are estimates until confirmed by the relevant provider and may change because of clinical findings or provider policy. Interpretation and translation support communication; the patient should ask the treating professional to clarify any uncertainty. The medical institution’s official record remains controlling.
Emergencies
PHC’s website, email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and consultation form are not monitored as emergency services. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact the local emergency service or go to the nearest appropriate medical facility immediately.

You should provide accurate and complete information, seek timely professional medical attention, follow the responsible clinician’s instructions, and obtain independent advice about travel fitness, insurance, visas, and financial arrangements where required.
