1. About these terms
These terms govern use of the Prime Healthcare China website and any non-clinical coordination service supplied by Purui (Guangzhou) Health Management Consulting Co., Ltd., operating as Prime Healthcare China (“PHC”). By submitting an enquiry you ask PHC to contact you; you do not enter a paid service contract until both parties accept a written service scope or quotation.
2. PHC’s role
PHC is a health-management consulting and international patient coordination company. PHC may assist with service intake, medical-record organization, hospital or specialist enquiries, appointment and admission coordination, medical interpretation, local transport, accommodation coordination, in-person accompaniment, and follow-up logistics.
PHC is not a hospital, clinic, emergency service, insurer, or medical practitioner. PHC does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment or medication, decide clinical suitability, or replace the independent judgment of licensed physicians and medical institutions.
3. No emergency service
The website and PHC communication channels are not for emergencies. If you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact the local emergency service or go to the nearest appropriate medical facility immediately.
4. Enquiries and eligibility
Submitting an enquiry is free and does not guarantee that PHC, a hospital, or a physician can accept the request. PHC may ask for additional information and may decline a request where the service is outside PHC’s scope, information is insufficient, safety or legal concerns arise, or an appropriate resource is unavailable.
The person making a request confirms that they are at least 18 years old and have authority to provide information and make decisions for themselves or the patient they represent.
5. Written scope and quotation
Before paid work begins, PHC will provide a written scope or quotation identifying, as applicable:
- the PHC coordination services included;
- the proposed service period or timetable;
- the PHC service fee and payment schedule;
- known exclusions and pricing boundaries;
- foreseeable third-party costs; and
- any case-specific assumptions or cancellation terms.
If these terms conflict with a later case-specific written service agreement signed or expressly accepted by both parties, the case-specific agreement controls to the extent of the conflict.
6. Prices and third-party charges
PHC program prices cover only the PHC services described in the written scope. Hospital registration, consultation, examination, imaging, laboratory, medication, treatment, surgery, admission, nursing, rehabilitation, accommodation, visa, insurance, and other third-party charges are separate unless the written scope expressly states otherwise.
Hospital estimates are estimates only. Final medical charges may change according to clinical findings, physician recommendations, hospital policy, complications, length of stay, exchange rates, or services selected by the client.
7. Booking advance and payment
Where requested after written confirmation, a USD 100 booking advance is governed by the separate USD 100 Booking Advance Policy and is credited toward the agreed PHC service fee. A payment is complete only when confirmed by the payment provider and PHC’s records. PHC may pause work if an agreed payment is overdue after reasonable notice.
8. Client responsibilities
The client must:
- provide information that is accurate, complete, current, and lawfully shared;
- disclose material medical, mobility, infection-control, safety, and travel information relevant to coordination;
- review and confirm names, dates, passports, visas, itineraries, quotations, and appointment details promptly;
- follow hospital rules and the lawful instructions of medical professionals;
- obtain independent advice about visas, insurance, travel fitness, and financial planning where needed;
- treat PHC staff, healthcare personnel, and service providers respectfully; and
- pay agreed fees and third-party charges on time.
PHC is not responsible for delay or loss caused by materially inaccurate, incomplete, late, or unauthorized information supplied by the client.
9. Hospitals, physicians, and other providers
Hospitals, physicians, laboratories, interpreters, transport operators, hotels, and other third parties are independent providers responsible for their own acts, omissions, professional duties, pricing, schedules, and policies.
Hospitals shown on the website are institutions PHC may assist a client in contacting or coordinating with based on case needs. A listing does not imply affiliation, endorsement, exclusivity, agency, formal partnership, or guaranteed acceptance. Hospital and physician availability depends on institutional policy, schedules, and clinical review.
10. Appointments, treatment, and outcomes
PHC will use reasonable care in performing agreed coordination work but cannot guarantee:
- acceptance by a hospital or physician;
- a particular specialist, appointment, admission, test, procedure, or date;
- a visa, travel permission, insurance approval, or reimbursement;
- the accuracy of a third party’s estimate or schedule; or
- any diagnosis, treatment response, recovery, or medical outcome.
Clinical decisions are made solely by the responsible medical institution and licensed professionals in consultation with the patient.
11. Interpretation and translated information
PHC may arrange medical interpretation or document translation as stated in the written scope. Interpretation supports communication but does not replace direct clarification with the treating physician. The client should identify any unclear or potentially incorrect information immediately. Original medical records and the treating institution’s official record remain controlling.
12. Changes, cancellation, and refunds
Changes or cancellations must be made in writing. The applicable written scope, program rules, and Booking Advance Policy determine any rescheduling cost, completed-work charge, approved non-recoverable third-party cost, or refund.
PHC will not use a cancellation clause to exclude mandatory consumer rights or retain payment for work not performed without a lawful basis.
13. Travel and personal risk
The client is responsible for passports, visas, immigration compliance, travel insurance, medical insurance, travel fitness, personal property, and compliance with public-health and hospital requirements. PHC may provide practical information but does not provide legal, immigration, insurance, tax, or investment advice.
14. Personal information
PHC handles personal information according to the website Privacy Policy and any case-specific consent. Clients should submit sensitive medical or identity information only through the secure method specified by PHC.
15. Website content
Website content is general information and may change. PHC aims to keep it accurate but appointment availability, physician profiles, hospital policies, prices, and service details may change without immediate notice. Nothing on the website is personalized medical advice.
16. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise indicated, PHC owns or lawfully uses the website text, layout, graphics, photographs, videos, and brand elements. Users may view and download a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, scraping, misleading republication, commercial use, or removal of rights notices requires prior written permission.
Hospital and physician names, logos, and marks belong to their respective rights holders.
17. Patient stories and media
PHC will publish a patient story, image, testimonial, medical detail, or video only after obtaining an appropriate written authorization and completing any required anonymization. A client’s decision not to consent to publicity will not affect service eligibility.
18. Suspension or termination
PHC may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, material falsehood, unlawful use, harassment or safety threats, repeated breach of hospital rules, or another material breach after reasonable notice where practicable. Fees and refunds will be handled according to completed work, authorized costs, the written agreement, and applicable law.
19. Liability and mandatory rights
Each party is responsible for loss caused by its breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct to the extent provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by legally attributable fault, or violation of mandatory consumer rights.
PHC is not responsible for the independent clinical judgment or professional negligence of a hospital or medical practitioner, but this does not limit any responsibility PHC may have for its own selection, communication, coordination, data handling, or other legally attributable conduct.
20. Events outside reasonable control
Neither party is liable for delay caused by an event outside reasonable control, such as natural disaster, epidemic control, government action, transport disruption, communications outage, hospital emergency policy, or sudden physician unavailability. The affected party must notify the other promptly and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. Paid but unperformed services will be rescheduled or refunded as required by the written agreement and applicable law.
21. Complaints and disputes
Please first contact info@primehealthcarechina.com so PHC can investigate and respond. The parties should attempt to resolve a dispute in good faith. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any unresolved dispute may be submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
